What time is check-in and check-out?

Arrive any time on the day you come. Check-out is 10am on your last day.

Are pets allowed?

Not currently — every suite is identical and none are set up for pets.

I'm arriving on a red-eye flight and won't land until well past midnight — is someone actually going to be there to let me in, or is this one of those places where you're on your own with a lockbox code?

Someone is on site around the clock, so a late arrival is genuinely no trouble. Send your flight details ahead of time and there will be someone at the gate whenever you land, no lockbox involved.

Is a security deposit required?

No deposit is charged at booking or on arrival.
